Our CLAWGUARD protection tape was designed with our neighbor's cat in mind. Each night, Felix The Cat would meticulously scratch the weather stripping at the front door shredding it to pieces. After replacing the weather stripping several times, our neighbors asked us for help. We researched and tested the thickness, durability and adhesion value to create a customized solution. Since launching, many customers have used CLAWGUARD protection tape to protect against dog and cat clawing. Uses include weather stripping, windows, furniture, couches, sofa, window sills, and more. In regards to the adhesion and stickiness, our tape was designed to adhere, but not leave residue. Use as directed.
