Under Selected Dog Details, you will see options to view your free Points Progression and Unprocessed Events. "It’s nice to have this available to be able to look up, but it takes absolutely FOREVER for them to update points and have them show. I don’t know if that’s the AKC or the people at the shows that drag their feet so bad or maybe both. I also thought we were supposed to get a new certificate when my Chihuahua was awarded his champion title, but that never arrived."

Am wondering if that is 'normal'. . . One of the trial secretaries had told me that it is possible for the points to take as long as 6 weeks to show up on a dog's report. . . so just waiting patiently. . . ."

"Even after logging into AKC and then logging into the shop, you click on title progression and it will often only show “unprocessed results”. Other times it will just ask you to login again. I used to be able to see my second dogs title progression after looking at my first dogs. Now, I have to log out and then log back in to see second dog’s report and even then sometimes it gets stuck in the login loop or only shows “unprocessed results” rather than the report"

"The point progression itself is a wonderful item. However, it is very difficult to obtain the info through the AKC system. I had to call to get the verification code because if I left the page to go back to my emails, I had to start over again and it would sent me a new verification code. It used to be much easier to navigate."
