Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. Exclusions apply to custom printed items* and e-books** Please contact us before you return an item. Send all details via email or call us at returns@akc.org or 919-816-3344 for assistance.

Shipping costs are not included. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for custom printed items including: jars, ceramic bowls, breed phone cases and breed mugs.

** We cannot refund e-books after the file has been sent. If you have trouble with the file please contact us at akcshop@akc.org and we'll help resolve the issue.

You can return a product for up to 30 days* from the date you purchased it.
