Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. Exclusions apply to custom printed items* and e-books** 

Shipping costs are not included. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for custom printed items including: jars, ceramic bowls, breed phone cases and breed mugs.

** We cannot accept refunds for e-books after the file has been delivered. If you have trouble with the file please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

You can return a product for up to 30 days* from the date you purchased it.
